Day 10 – 03.02.26

The day started in light winds again but progressively went to 13 kts which is allowing us to reach 6kts average speed. Not bad, considering we don’t have to do anything, Rudolf is keeping us on track like a professional helmsman and the Oxley is giving us good speeds in light winds. These two are good co-workers ! We have been able to spend our time chilling and fishing.

Nothing much happened today, the weather was hot reaching 29°C and the sea 25°C. We caught another mahi mahi, this time a more blue coloured one – maybe it will taste slightly different? Baked a no-knead bread and had amazing SA steak with pot vegetables for supper, probably one of the best suppers we made so far.

This evening we passed Greenwich, turned our watches back another hour and poured some rhum in the ocean as an offering.
