Last night around 2am we had to bring our Oxley down because the wind was very weak, only blowing around 4-5 knots. The engine was started and it ran for 9 hours non stop until we reached a windier area with 10-13 knots wind. It is about 30°C inside all the time as the water temperature is now at 28°C constantly, and it won’t be going down. Add the engine heat plus fumes coming from the exhaust (we are downwind remember) makes it quite unbearable. The moment the Oxley was up again we could resume our peaceful occupations, sleeping, eating and baking bread.
Normally, according to our weather predictions, the wind should remain a steady 11knots average till next week.

La température est bien plus sympathique qu'ici (9°C) et un fort vent !
Profitez quand même du beau temps (avec un peu plus de vent et moins de fumée du moteur!).
